JIRAFA GRIS produces the garments upon request. The manufacturing and production of each starts only when the piece has been bought from the website. The time this might take will vary between 2 to 3 weeks depending on the model.

JIRAFA GRIS will send its products world wide. Once the production of the garment is finished, the shipping times might vary as follows:

Make sure the shipping and billing details are correct, as we will not be able to reroute the package once it is shipped.

We will only accept changes and returns for manufacturing or shipping errors (i.e. if you have receive a garment that is not what you ordered).
Any returns that are not due to the previous aforementioned reasons will run at the buyers expense. For anything related to changes or returns get in touch with us by writing at 

Any returned items will have to fulfill with our returns policy: they must be returned without having been used, without damages, with all original markings and labels included, as well as the original packaging. Please be careful when trying garments on and return them in the same condition you received them.

You will be able to return the product within 14 consecutive days following its/their receipt. Please write to:

1. Reasons for the return
2. Pictures of the product/garment (if it’s damaged)
3. Model and Size (in case of a change)

We will return the total price of the product minus the associated shipping costs, only after we have ensured the garment’s condition and its labels are intact.

The shipping costs paid during a return or change will not be reimbursed in case the product is returned or changed.

The following clothing categories are not returnable: leggings, socks, stockings, underwear, bodysuits, bras and swimsuits.

Our shipments move through UPS and might be subject to tax or customs fees whenever shipped internationally. The cost of these tax or added fees on the way out of the country have been added to the shipping/delivery costs. You will receive an email and/or text message whenever the shipment might be waiting at the customs office in the country of receipt, in case an additional payment is needed.


JIRAFA GRIS produce sus prendas bajo demanda. La producción de cada prenda empieza una vez se ha comprado en nuestra web. El tiempo de producción puede variar entre 2 y 3 semanas dependiendo del modelo.

Es importante que los detalles de la dirección de facturación y envío sean correctos ya que no podremos redirigir el producto si la dirección no es correcta.

Solo se aceptarán cambios o devoluciones en los casos de defectos de fabricación o error en el envío (si has recibido un artículo distinto al que encargaste). Las devoluciones que no sean por el motivo anterior irán a cargo del comprador. Para ello ponte en contacto con nosotros y escríbenos a info@jirafagris.com.

Los artículos devueltos deben cumplir con nuestra política de devoluciones: tienen que devolverse sin usar, sin daños, con todas las etiquetas adjuntas y el embalaje original incluido. Por favor ten cuidado al probarte las prendas y devuélvalas en las mismas condiciones en que las has recibido.

Podrás devolver el producto dentro de los 14 días naturales siguientes a la entrega. Tienes que escribirnos a:

2. Fotos del producto (si está dañado o defectuoso)
3. Modelo y talla (en caso de cambio)

Te devolveremos el precio total del producto menos los costes asociados (envíos) una vez que nos hayamos asegurado de que se ha conservado el aspecto, las propiedades y las etiquetas de fábrica del producto.

Los gastos de envío pagados durante la realización del pedido no son reembolsables en caso de devolución del producto.

Las siguientes categorías no son retornables: Leotardos, calcetines, medias, ropa interior, bodys, sujetadores, trajes de baño.

Nuestros pedidos se mueven con UPS y pueden estar sujetos a impuestos/aranceles que cobra la oficina de aduanas de los destinos extranjeros. El precio de los aranceles de salida están incluidos en el precio del envío. Recibirás un mensaje vía correo electrónico y un mensaje de texto cuando el pedido esté esperando en la oficina de aranceles local para que abones el importe correspondiente.
