PRODUCTION
JIRAFA GRIS produces the garments upon request. The manufacturing and production of each starts only when the piece has been bought from the website. The time this might take will vary between 2 to 3 weeks depending on the model.

WHERE DO WE SHIP?
JIRAFA GRIS will send its products world wide. Once the production of the garment is finished, the shipping times might vary as follows:

Rest of the world 7-14 days
Shipping time is counted in business days, excluding weekends, national and bank holidays.

INFORMATION
Make sure the shipping and billing details are correct, as we will not be able to reroute the package once it is shipped.

RETURNS
We will only accept changes and returns for manufacturing or shipping errors (i.e. if you have receive a garment that is not what you ordered).
Any returns that are not due to the previous aforementioned reasons will run at the buyers expense. For anything related to changes or returns get in touch with us by writing at info@girafagris.com.

Any returned items will have to fulfill with our returns policy: they must be returned without having been used, without damages, with all original markings and labels included, as well as the original packaging. Please be careful when trying garments on and return them in the same condition you received them.

You will be able to return the product within 14 consecutive days following its/their receipt. Please write to: info@jirafagris.com and specify the following:
1. Reasons for the return
2. Pictures of the product/garment (if it’s damaged)
3. Model and Size (in case of a change)

We will return the total price of the product minus the associated shipping costs, only after we have ensured the garment’s condition and its labels are intact.

The shipping costs paid during a return or change will not be reimbursed in case the product is returned or changed.

The following clothing categories are not returnable: leggings, socks, stockings, underwear, bodysuits, bras and swimsuits.

TAX / CUSTOMS FEEs
Our shipments move through UPS and might be subject to tax or customs fees whenever shipped internationally. The cost of these tax or added fees on the way out of the country have been added to the shipping/delivery costs. You will receive an email and/or text message whenever the shipment might be waiting at the customs office in the country of receipt, in case an additional payment is needed.
